AARP was a bi-monthly magazine that is sent to over 25 million members of the over-50 lobbying organization I was the consulting design director for AARP magazine in 2008-09, working at their office in Washington, D.C. and directing the art and photo staff of six, including Todd Albertson, Dian Holton, and Leslie Quitmeier Palmer. We refreshed the look of the magazine, created a new visual direction for the covers, and integrated new sections and departments.
